Transporting Flu Vaccines: Sensitive Operation, Calculated Timeframe.

For the importation and transportation of products that require temperature control, such as flu vaccines, Fiorde Group is strict in monitoring and relies on Environtainers, smaller containers with precision temperature control.

Additionally, it relies on the support of its own pharmacists in operations, automatic reports to customers, updated licenses, and the trust of the country’s leading laboratories.

In this successful case of one of the main pharmaceutical laboratories, Fiorde Group was responsible for transporting and distributing 16,750,106 doses of flu vaccines, an impressive number of people protected!

Safety Comes First: The Importance of Details.

Customs clearance is done during transit, with all documentation approved before the cargo arrives in Brazil. During shipping, importer validation is performed with Anvisa.

During this rigorous process, Fiorde Group signs a custody agreement, also approved by Anvisa, which is a permission to import. At this point, the import declaration is registered.

In the warehouse, temperatures and batch expiration dates are tested, and only after this meticulous inspection is the cargo released for sale. In other words, two intricate processes occur simultaneously: customs clearance and Anvisa assessment.
